How to View Your Submitted ACO Forms

See every account you've submitted, what stage it's at, and what to do when something needs your attention.

Everything you send through a retailer form shows up on your dashboard, and you can check on it any time.

Open your dashboard

Sign in at thepokegroup.com. If you're already signed in, tap Dashboard at the top of any page. You'll land on My accounts.

Reading your accounts

Your accounts are grouped by store. Each one shows:

Submitted, waiting for review while we set it up. Nothing to do yet.
An account number (#1, #2 and so on) and a coloured status once it's set up.
A notice under the account when there's something specific for you to do.
When it was last updated.

Tip: If anything needs your attention, a yellow box at the top of the page tells you how many accounts to check.

What the statuses mean

These are the usual statuses. Staff may add others, and every status explains itself on your dashboard.

Operational: all set. ACO will run on this account.
Setup Pending: we're setting it up. Nothing to do yet.
Paused: ACO is paused on this account for now.
Verification Required or Action Required: something needs you. Read the notice under the account.
Invalid Payment Details: the card didn't work. Send that store's form again with a working card.
Account Restricted: the store has restricted the account.
Disabled: ACO is switched off for this account.

How many you've sent

On the Retailer forms tab, each store shows a purple counter like 2/5 Forms Submitted, plus when you last sent one.

The status board

The Status board tab shows every member's accounts by store, so you can see how drops are going. It only shows Discord names, account numbers and statuses, never personal or payment details, and it updates by itself every minute.

Tip: Tap Connect Discord at the top of your dashboard so the board shows your Discord name instead of your Whop username.

Can I see the details I typed?

No. Card numbers, passwords and addresses are encrypted on your device before they're sent, so they can't be shown again, not even to you. To change something, send the form again when your dashboard asks, or message staff in the Discord.
