Membership details from Whop when you sign in: your Whop account ID, username, email, which memberships are active, and the Discord account you've connected to Whop (username and ID).

Your Discord username, so we can match you to your membership and ACO accounts.

For ACO members only, the details on each retailer form: name, phone number, shipping address, payment card details, retailer account email and password, and an email app password used to read verification codes.

To give you access to what your membership includes, run ACO on the retailer accounts you submit, and tell you when an account needs attention.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside what's needed to provide the service.

Payment card details and passwords are visible only to the owner, Prohzy. Staff can see non-sensitive ACO details such as your Discord username, retailers, account count and status.

Logged-in ACO members can see the ACO status board, which lists each member's Discord username, Whop username and Whop user ID, account numbers and statuses. It doesn't show any personal or payment details.

Whop processes payments and memberships. Our website host and database provider store site data. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

ACO form details are kept only while you use ACO. When you leave ACO or ask us to, we stop all activity on your accounts and permanently delete your submitted information.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging staff in the Discord.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and announce it in the Discord.
