Terms of Service

The PokeGroup is an independent Pokémon TCG community that provides restock alerts, stock tracking tools, community resources and a managed automated checkout (ACO) service.

Paid memberships are sold and billed through Whop. Prices are shown on our pricing page and on Whop, and renew monthly until you cancel.

Whop's own terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds, if any, are handled under the policy shown on the Whop product page at the time you buy.

You can cancel any time from your Whop account. Paid access ends when your membership ends. You keep access to anything included in the free tier.

Our alerts, stock lists and guides are provided for your personal use. Don't resell, republish or share paid content outside the community.

Stock information comes from retailers and other sources we don't control. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we don't guarantee any product will be available.

ACO V3 is covered by our separate ACO terms, which you agree to when you submit an ACO form. Automated checkout never guarantees a purchase.

Be respectful in the Discord. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares paid content, or abuses our tools, and we may end their membership.

Our services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, The PokeGroup is not liable for missed drops, failed or canceled orders, retailer account restrictions, or any other loss from using our services.

The PokeGroup is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or any retailer we mention. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and post an announcement in the Discord. For questions, message staff in the Discord.
